Forgot to eat today. For real. I just don't get hungry. Generally if I eat, it's because I have to make something for someone else. I did splurge for dinner though, I went to my favorite wing restaurant, where the extra hot wings are NOT breaded, added a little extreme on the side and of course blue cheese. I really love all the wings to be smothered in the extreme sauce, but try and use it in moderation, as I have blistered my mouth from the heat of it.

Heated up left over "bread pudding" and added some cinnamon - delicious! Still falling short on calories, but I think I will lower my RDA to around 1500, and see if that's easier to meet.

Hot & Spicy, There's something else I love like that but we're talking about Wings OMG I haven't had them in a while, dipped in ranch they are sooo good. Thanks for the good memory.😁

Yep, nekked (no breading) wings - just about the best Keto friendly meal you can eat out, other than fajita's without the tortilla.
