It's amazing how my mood changes when I start feeling a little better. I woke up not feeling too bad today, more just tired than anything. I'm also feeling more positive today, just in a better mood. I really hope this means I'm getting completely over this junk, it's been long enough.

My hope is to go for a walk today after work as long as the temps hold out. It's supposed to get in the 50's today, and I think that some fresh air would do me some good. My hubby went running yesterday since it was in the 40's and he slipped on an ice patch that he just didn't see. Luckily he was okay, but that's what always scares me about going out when it's colder and there has been any ice.
