Was so pleased with myself yesterday. Weighed in 2.5 kilos down, went for an hour and a half walk pushing the pram...... then bought a block of chocolate on my way home!!!!!! WHAT AM I DOING???? GAH! The whole time I was thinking. Nope, you don't need it. Don't do it. You're wasting all your effort. Then I inhaled the bloody thing didn't I??

There needs to be an Chocoholics anonymous, koz I'd be top of the class.

Dammit.

Today has been a better day though. I will admit now that I felt SICK after the chocolate, but for some reason it hasn't turned me off of it in the slightest. But I will get back up on my NO CHOCOLATE WAGON and start again. *Sigh* Wish I could stop chocolate as quick as alcohol.

Heres to another day with a calorie deficiency due to exercise. Just need to concentrate a little more on not maxing out my calories before I even exercise, because I would LOVE to see another kilo or so minus on those scales next week. *Fingers crossed*
