Fritzy 22's Journal, 18 January 2018

The last few days haven't been good. Impulse purchases at the grocery store hurt me, having things in the house I shouldn't eat but I do when they're here! Hoping to get back on track. I'm up 3 pounds. And I walked 10 miles the other day trying to work off some of what I ate, and now my foot is hurting so need to rest it a couple of days.

How may we assist you in changing the behaviors? Do you have someone who can go shopping WITH you? It may be best to have someone looking at your purchases with a little discernment, so as to "encourage" you to make right choices; so, that the foods you keep around you are the ones you SHOULD be eating. Thoughts?

184 - Thanks for the offer of help. Can you go to the grocery store for me? That's where I seem to be weak right now. I bought a 3 pack of bear claws today after my dentist appointment. Actually, I'll be okay. Sometimes I just go through this and after a few days I realize I don't really like eating the things I am buying that I used to love but feel much better with the things I've been eating that have helped me lose 45 pounds since August. Today I had an allergy shot in the town next to mine, came back to my town and went to the bank there, then went to the dentist. First time to a new dentist, actually any dentist since 2011. That was stressful, but I actually liked the dentist and I only need a cleaning and one cosmetic something done to a front tooth. I feel like I may be getting the flu or something, feeling a little off today.

So happy to see you Fritzy! We've all been there Sweetie but please don't disappear and worry us so❤️ You can continue how about planning your meals for a week or two and only shopping from a preplanned shopping list. Your a strong woman you will succeed!

Your experience is why I can only be successful when eating low carb or keto. Having too many choices seems to give me opportunities to do bad things. I know it is a mindset but moderation is simply not something I can deal with. The difference is that you are so good about going for your walks. I admire that!
