I've been out of it for a few days. Not sleeping well, not exercising, not drinking enough water, and eating could definitely be improved. I'm always afraid that I'll repeat the same mistakes from the past ... I always felt ready and like there was no way I'd give up and then after a week or less I would just gradually give up and give in to all cravings. Yesterday I realized that although I'm not perfect and still struggling to be the best me - I've improved. I have no desire to run by a fast food place late at night, I have no desire to stuff my face silly while no one is looking (I was a closet eater). It's now been 17 days without having any type of fast food and honestly I want to see how long I can make it! My husband hasn't you he'd the stuff in over a decade - no McDonald's, burger king, Wendy's, Arby's, Sonic, etc. I'd love to be able to do the same!
Anyway, I got my workout in this morning. It was such a wimpy workout because I am very low on energy but I did my 30 minutes. As long as I'm moving, I'm happy.
