must be doin something wrong again.... scale said I gained 3 lbs... looked at my food journal and I am under my calorie and carb intake so I think I need to leave the scale alone for a week. I have even been walking and biking this last week so Idk....

You know you can't be gaining nearly a pound a day, so it's probably normal fluctuation or possibly the strawberries. I take it you've moved to OWL??? It could also be the sodium in the ham from yesterday causing a bit of water retention.
