Nutrition stats: Fat 26g. Net Carbs: 5.24g. Carbs 7.04g. Fiber: 1.8g. Protein 12.65g. Calories 313. My husband likes this kind of sauerkraut BEST: Silver Floss Barrel Cured. Normally, I cook the sauerkraut in the grease left over from cooking 2 strips of bacon, but I accidentally dumped my last bit of bacon grease!
