I know don't weight daily, but why after hitting a good drop does the next day go up ?
234.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2385 kcal Fat: 93.70g | Prot: 68.90g | Carb: 327.95g.   Breakfast: Frozen Blueberries, Quick 1 Minute Oats, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth). Lunch: Chicken McNuggets (4 Pieces), Almonds , Natural Walnuts, Peach Pineapple Chipotle Salsa (Mild), Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt. Dinner: Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni, Grade A Natural Sour Cream, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Lemon Herb Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Sugar Cookies Dough, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Craisins. more...
