i also finally measured myself on the 7th so i got to see that I've lost inches in only a week as well so i know I'm losing fat!! <3 I've lost an impressive amount in only a week :)
253.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's exactly right!! Many times for me, the inches moved downward when the scale didn't. :)
