First ever cheat meal, actually feeling great! I read a lot about how having one can help your psyche and bring you up. I feel pretty good still! Normally I could polish of 5 fried tenders, 2 pieces of toast, and a 142g order of fried pickles and 3 floz of sauce in no time at all and still have room for a sweet. Not today. I struggled to eat my 5 tenders, had about 4/20 pickles and half a thing of sauce and no toast. Today my cheat meal helped me measure my progress which made me feel less guilty and more excited about things to come! Feeling A+
