So I fasted all day, only ate a taco which was like 200 calories, And I just got back from eating out I feel a little guilty but I'll get back on track tomorrow. Home cooked meals + Lots of veggies for the rest of the weekend, I guess I'll have cheat meals on Fridays, But still up to my calorie limit I will never go over.. Or so I hope.
I must say this dinner made me sleepy and groggy, I'm not sure why honestly. Could it have been the fat?
