This will be interesting... Today I started a 21 day fast... I get to choose what to fast... So I am making it easy for me.. I can have coffee and creamer.. Sweet ice tea, water and daily vitamins.....

@Jenibeann It's going good so far. I've come to realize that I need to watch how much coffee and french vanilla creamer I have though.. Calories add up fast.. lol 🤠
