So disappointed in my arm results. I see ZERO difference and I have not been slacking or skipping workouts. I actually do my 12 minute workout and at least twice a week a whole different and longer arm workout. My goal is to tone for my wedding dress; two months in and it looks the same. I am putting in the effort to eat right, lose the weight and work out, so my frustration and disappointment are at an all time high.
I was so proud of myself because I actually lost weight during the holidays and I maintained my diet, but yesterday I broke down and ate an entire letter "D" made of Dutch milk chocolate. It was about four inches high. I fasted today until noon and I think I will do that for the rest of the week due to my error in judgment. I feel crappy. I hope going to the gym tonight will get me out of my funk. At least enough so I don't go home and stuff myself with cashews.
