Apparently I am still creeping!!! GEEZ!!

I don't feel like I am losing, I don't feel like I am gaining...OMG I must be stuck!

I HAVE to stop the creeping! Good grief - can we say self sabotage.

Ok enough whining about it - DO SOMETHING.

I have committed to drinking ALL my H2O today.
I will stay within my caloric intake for the remainder of the week (and hopefully after but for now the goal is the week).
I will walk and walk and walk.

Three small commitments and oh no more whining. :)

Creeping is maddening! I feel your pain. We need to learn to get past the notion of immediate gradification. Sadly, weight loss doesn't work that way. It's hard when we are doing the work and the lbs don't fall off with our every step. It has helped me to think ahead. Far ahead. Think how great we are going to look at Christmas! Think about all the new, cute, skinny clothes that will be wrapped up under the tree with our names on them. How fabulous we are gonna look in our Christmas card photo. It's gonna be a great Christmas! In the mean time, we are learning valuable life style lessons that will stay with us and aid in our ability to maintain our great new figures. Life is good. Patience is hard. Keep the faith.
