Back to the "safety net" of work. :).
I do seem to eat healthier when I have a bit of structure in my day.

I did record all my intake but I am not proud of the choices I made this weekend. :(.

However today is a new day!

I did not see the DR last week but will be gracing his scale this week. Will post the "up" or hopefully the "down" after my visit.
