Had surgery #5 last week - trying to get going again. Suffer continual pain so have to be careful with exercise - I do walk an hour every day and do yoga/pilates. I eat a high fibre, low fat diet as I have IBS - so am careful about what I eat. I am on medications which cause weight gain - so that has always worried me. I drink cider which is possibly one of the most 'fattening' things to drink. Lets see how this now goes by watching what I do eat and how I can change and improve it.
