Fat: 71.31g | Prot: 70.03g | Carb: 366.98g.   Breakfast:  Bananas (Large), muesli, soya milk. Lunch:  baby marrow, beef gravy, Couscous (Cooked), potato, sweet potato. Dinner:  beef gravy, fresh mixed vegetables, potato, roast beef, wild rice. Snacks/Other:  black coffee, chew sweets, Hard Cider, walkers salted crisps.
