Fat: 71.31g | Prot: 70.03g | Carb: 366.98g.   Breakfast:  Bananas (Large), muesli, soya milk. Lunch:  Couscous (Cooked), potato, sweet potato, beef gravy, baby marrow. Dinner:  roast beef, potato, wild rice, fresh mixed vegetables, beef gravy. Snacks/Other:  walkers salted crisps, chew sweets, black coffee, Hard Cider.
