I ate poorly this wee, but managed not to gain weight... This workout must be good. I'm back on it right away this week, eating right and tracking what I eat to keep me accountable.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good point - the work out really helps on bad weeks! I had a challenging week eating right.

I followed up the week with pretty good eating so far. I also was sick this week so my workouts were few, but I think my body needed a rest too. My weight dropped a lot too for a reason I cannot figure out.
