bradsmith's Journal, 07 May 2012

I've been slacking on mt diet. i feel like I've been over eating more days than not. And I've been eating less nutritious foods.

The good news though is that the family as a whole is eating much better, much more healthiily, and exercising more. I feel there is good momentum and good examples beeing set.

I am thrilled to be so close to my first goal. Honestly though my goal has been to loose my belly, not attain some number (but the number helps). While my gut is considerably smaller, it's still there. i'll keep after it until i reach that true goal.

My BMI weight for "normal" is a discouraging number. One that I can't believe to be true or accurate.

Again, my goal is to look as fit as I've begun to feel, not to seek numerical satisfaction.
I am wonderfully blessed to have the true support of family and friends. I see others who have false support and corrosive families to fight through. I am very blessed to have a strong base to build upon.

Ever onward.
