Been eating 3500 on workout days and 2700 on rest days. Still not gaining weight tho.

A bit confused to how I got so fat last time lol.

Gonna up my cals for a few weeks and see what happens. 3000 rest days and 3750 workout.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 May 2012:
2990 kcal Fat: 142.02g | Prot: 248.03g | Carb: 172.54g.   Breakfast: Spreadable Lightest, Oatmeal, Half Fat cheddar cheese, Duck Egg, Cooked & peeled king prawns (fresh). Lunch: almonds,  Wholemeal Plain Flour, Value Cocoa, sweetener, Egg White. Dinner: Baker's soft Wholemeal rolls, reddog. Snacks/Other: Soya Natural, Pork Scratchings. more...
