6 am, did hula hooping and boxing for 35 mins before going to work. then later on when i get home, planning to do some running, boxing, push ups or if im still in a good condition, going to go for tae bo :) HAH.. i should definitely do this everyday :]
160.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
