Have been getting a little bored recently - would like it all to be already over and dealt with.
Had my first appointment with Katie at the gym today. Got the message loud and clear: up the protein and calories and keep up the good work! It's looking like a lot of tuna. Which is good. I like tuna. Famous last words... Am seeing her again in two weeks time.
My body is changing shape rapidly, 4 gym classes a week are paying off and toning me up amazingly. I'm feeling MUCH better. I wonder how much muscle I've put on. My water-and-fat measuring scales aren't up to the job of telling me I don't think.
