I was finally able to switch to the short belt!
132.5 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't that an awesome feeling! When I got to the last loop of mine and switched to a smaller one, I promptly tossed the old one in my trashcan in the shop! Great work!
