A total sugar binge day! Eating sugar really does set me off on a course of wanting more and more. Had a caramel egg, 2 reese's buttercups, a piece of fudge and some butter cream frosting! Must go cold turkey as am clearly not yet ready to let a little bit of high GI back into my life!
