I ate less than planned for yesterday. Today I will stick to the plan so that I don't eat too few or too many calories. Today's plan:

breakfast: yogurt, poptart
lunch: tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich, green beans
dinner: lean cuisine pizza, popcorn, salad
snacks: poptart, grapes, redvines
exercise: 30 minutes Curves, 30 minutes Gazelle
