Ok so I tried my own thing. It didn't work obviously. I lack the self control and discipline to avoid sugars and starches. I gotta work it from the ground up and rewire myself starting with kicking that sugar addiction. Atkins here we go again you are the only one to ever keep me on track for ANY length of time. Induction ughhhhhhhhhh I do dread the lack of variety but I know know know it is best for me. Clean induction even more so. No sugary tastes, no diet soda's, no artificial sugar's no fake desserts no nothing. We gotta a lot to do in a little time but we can do it. We can do it.
