Atkins and me are old friends it is the ONLY diet that has ever worked for me. I just tend to eventually get greedy and want my sweets back. I of course think to myself "Hey you can have the best of both worlds" but then I let the metabolic bully back into my life and he gets greedy too and it all spirals out of control again. No more sweets no more of the things I am not supposed to eat. I can do this. I can.

Thanks for the support it is so very much appreciated. All the mistakes in life just serve to remind me that this is a way of life not just a "diet"
