Had an unplanned fast for about 26 hours. Didn't eat after breakfast yesterday since I was gone most of the day and then had to get blood drawn for lab tests this morning which required fasting. Now I am home and am planning on cooking a roast with potatoes and carrots today. So will REALLY try to practice portion control.
