I did very good today, only ate about 400 calories and kept the carbs and fat low. Tonight I will do more abs and try to get that thigh gap. I actually got out of my division’s luncheon thing luckily
150.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
