I am not sure how I feel today. I am not excited about weighing in on Friday. I don't know what I was thinking by going in the middle of the day as opposed to my early Saturday morning weigh-in. I will say that I have been writing my food down and I don't eat enough protein calories. I am supposed to be eating 600-800 protein calories, two vegetables a day and two fats. I'm not doing well with any of these things. I guess I will only have myself to blame on Friday if I continue to be the same weight.

I am finding it difficult to incorporate new keto recipes into my diet and log it. I am not at the stage where the weight loss facility will tell me how many macros I should be eating so I am doing what I can. I am going to be baking five dozen Brown Sugar Butterscotch cookies for a cookie swap at work next week. I am a glutton for punishment. During this holiday season and since I changed my diet I have not eaten anything I shouldn't eat. Even when I "overeat" it is keto food; just too much of it. Will it one day be easier? I really hope so.

I am looking forward to January 5th. What happens on January 5th you ask. I will have completed two whole months of my arm workout. 12:39 minutes, four times a week of the same arm routine for two whole months!! I don't think I have ever been so consistent with anything. I am hoping to see some real results when I post my comparison of my beginning picture to my two month picture.

I bet your worried for nothing, we all do it. Good luck Friday just take off everything, well within reason lol

Holidays are always tough because it’s not only Christmas Day cheats, but also the other days when you have office parties or friends hanging out, when those temptations rear their ugly heads! All I can say is allow yourself to indulge every now and then! Stay strong most days and you’ll power through!
