Not getting on the scale for at least a week. Was under my 1100 calories, so I'm concerned I'm doing something wrong? Going to call the Dr. tomorrow. Haven't got to go to the gym yet. Have to get my ID and their only there on Thurs. & Fri. until 6:00.

Looks like you did a pretty good job though I might suggest getting more protein. If you notice the pie chart at the bottom of your food diary try for 40-50 carbs, 30-40 protein, and 20-30 fats. More protein helps you not feel hungry and increases metabolism. Also keep sodium around 2500 amd fiber around 25. Drink tons of water to move everything along. 1100-1200 calories is a good amount to shoot for each day. It seems you did a great job already, and Good luck! HCB
