Feeling a bit ill after eating KFC today. Note to self - it doesn't actually taste that great and if you want to eat it again, peel of the crispy skin! The latter sounds delicious but the reality of the after taste of the deep fat fryer is not :)
The last 10 days of trying to follow GI diet have really helped with sugar cravings. Now have to try and kick the craving for fat! Have realised that I am hitting over 40% fat intake on a daily basis, and it is mostly from animal fat. Need to try and bring this down to 20%.
On the whole, still happy with progress!

You're right, they do, though not sure if they have it everywhere i.e. outside of the US/UK. I think on the whole will try and avoide KFC or if I do go, have something like a chicken wrap which is a healthier choice. KFC website has good info
