Well I've gone back and forth on whether I should weigh myself or not (scared I guess) But low and behold there is a slight change in weight .. Yea!!! Down 3 lbs. I'm glad I weighed in!!!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
