Big OOPS, I forgot to do a journal and complete my food & exercise log in. I actually think that some of the changes I'm making are starting to work. I have added a natural laxative to my diet. I don't eat as much cheese. These things have made a major difference. One thing I don't understand though.. They say that on Atkins you don't need to watch your caloric intake.... then there is a contradiction regarding this... if you eat fat your caloric intake will be high, obviously right?.. so when they say you may not be loosing weight due to to many calories... how does that work??? I personally am not having to do this but still...

That's awesome! keep making those tweaks and you will be well on your way :-) I am making much the same changes to my diet as well, I like the pie chart that shows your % of protein,net carbs,fat. that has helped me to see where I was going wrong...to much fat and not enough protein! I agree on the calorie thing kinda baffles me to :-) Have a great day!
