Staying at 201, watching but eating a few sweets and treats here and there. Yeap, the holiday season but keeping it in check. I had a small piece of pecan pie on Thanksgiving, but those trigger foods are scary. I know have to back 3 pumpkin pies, all will leave my house. Thought I would make a couple small ones in ramekins with no crust for me. Like I said before, not depriving myself completely, a few bites of this and that. Had a few days of Onderland (as they call it) but knew I was going up and down those few pounds. Still 201.2 not complaining, and NOT having a Cajun Egg Nog Daiquiri this year. :) At least that is the plan for now.
