For some reason every time I enter my new weight, it won't take it.But, on April 29,2012, I weigh 179lbs. I have lost one pound for the week. What is frustrating is one day I will weigh 179.6 and the next day I could weigh 180.4. You wonder which weight is correct.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 April 2012:
1155 kcal Fat: 42.58g | Prot: 52.61g | Carb: 137.95g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), cheerios. Lunch: Special K cracker chips, red bell pepper, Duke's light mayonaise, Kroger sweet hot mud, Prima Della mild cheddar cheese, HEB 100% whole wheat bread, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: country crock spread, Chicken Gravy (Dry), Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), green beans, grilled chicken leg quarter. Snacks/Other: small gala apple, Rice Cakes - Chocolate Crunch. more...

Your body is made up of 60% water, so many things can factor in to water weight fluctuation. If you eat too much sodium one day, you can be up a couple of pounds the next from sodium bloat. If you exercise hard, your muscles can retain water to help them heal which can show on the scale as a gain, no loss or small loss. It could also be anything from hormones, sickness, inflammation, medications, etc. Google "why the scale lies" for water weight insight. The most important thing is to stay consistent and go by the weekly/monthly downward trend.. Our weight can be up and down hourly. It's normal.
