SWITCHING THINGS UP..good tuesday morning..after my ride on zwift saturday up that mountain my upper legs were sore for 2 days..hard to believe after all the riding ive done on zwift i would be that sore..but i was..no pain..no gain..

decided this morning to eat carbs for breakfast..instead of eating them later in the day..figured since i was on a 20 hour fast and since i had just rode on zwift..an burned off 500 calories that would be a good time to carb up...always trying new things to shake up my body to keep it guessing..keep it from getting use to any consistant system..keep it wondering whats going on..switching things up...always good..

my heart rate on strava had me at 222 ..would be so nice to find a heart rate monitor that was reliable so that you got the right numbers all the time ...technology huh...

ANOTHER day..another ride in the books..already ate the morning carbs..an sitting here hopefully burning them off...gotta run some errands today..yesterday was 65..in november yet...odd weather..but better then snow ..next door neighbor even cut up leaves yesterday ..grass is still green..hopefully a mild winter ...time will tell
