so I know my carbs are not at 13% keto Life told me not to count anything green or cauliflower but i need to add food diary to keep track of calories....so ive eliminated green stuff and cauliflower out of my cookbook for carb count.....keto is sometimes confusing

If it's confusing you, maybe calorie counting for a week or two can get you back into the swing of things. Keto, atkins, ect all work by counting/cutting calories. There's plenty of keto people around here that could help clear things up for you though :) You'll figure something out Francineseguin

Please keep the greens, and eliminate the starchy veggies like corn, peas, potatoes. Lettuce, spinach, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini are all low carb.
