Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone! I haven't recorded my food for the past couple days. I still stayed keto, although everything I ate was very rich and dairy heavy. My made from scratch menu included Parmesan garlic mushrooms, cheesy baked asparagus, spaghetti squash, broccoli & cauliflower cheese soup, creamed spinach and a cheesecake with whipped cream and lemon curd. So Good! The portions were small, as it was so rich! (Except for the cheesecake... It was so good- I had to have seconds!). Then I went to Disney on Black Friday and walked a lot of it off...although I brought my keto deep dish pizza to eat at the park. Now, two days later... Cheesecake for breakfast. So good! No regrets here. I'll weigh in tomorrow. If I gained a pound or two, I'm not worried. I know I'm still on track- never left it.
