Hey all!!!
Less than two weeks back on animal proteins and my numbers are just about normal again! Thank God!!! I was totally sketching out and thinking I would be on more meds or insulin.
Hope you all had a magnificent Thanksgiving! Time to head back to gym and eat as you should, not necessarily as you want :)
