Yesterday I had to go to a doctor appointment out of town and ended up with a drive-thru lunch, but I didn't snack all day and didn't overdo dinner, I'm going to just keep learning and pushing myself forward. I picked the workout that I want to do this week too, but I didn't know that my kids guinea pigs were moved into the workout room, so until they get them moved I won't workout in there. I will be sick for a week if they are in there when I'm working out. Both my kids are sick right now, so I'm guessing they won't get them moved or the room cleaned up until at least tomorrow.

Just trying to keep moving forward. I pretty much have my eating planned for the day. I'm going to try to get up and walk around the building at work a couple of times, at least that will give me some more steps/activity for the day. I'm going to still try tomorrow for a better workout, maybe even a walk if the kids don't have the room cleaned. It's supposed to be warmer this week after today, so outside workouts will be doable. Adjusting and learning, I have to be able to figure things out if something isn't just right and adjust my plan. I'm not good at that, so I'm going to work on it.

I hope everyone is having a great week! Thanksgiving is almost here and I'm ready for the time off and the visits with family. :)

Very true Glen. While I'm on this journey to better health, my family is there with me, maybe throwing hurdles at me sometimes, but I'm happy they're with me everyday. I just have to learn to get around those hurdles and remember that the sky isn't falling if one thing from my plan isn't happening.
