You found a great site and plan! Welcome. Do you have the book? If not here is a great site to help you get started, it has food list, whats allowed and what isn't, it also talks about the glycemic index, read about that and use it... the glycemic index plays a huge part of South Beach and too many people aren't even aware of it. Go get 'em!

Welcome! You've come to a wonderful place. I recommend you use your diet and exercise calendar every day, at least for a while. It is great. I strongly recommend you get the book if you haven't already. There are a lot of great recipes here. Best wishes.
