Here I go again!
Okay, today is day 1.
I am planning to do my first weigh in on Friday morning - first time in far to many months. Not looking forward to it, but I am determined.
I don't have any answers on why I keep falling off the wagon when it comes to my weight, but I am hopefull 2012 will be the year that brings a permanent change.
