Lydia Kleyn's Journal, 12 March 2010

Today was obviously my cheat day for the week, was on an eating binge all day, ate too much greasy food for supper, Went to the gym after week and was going to run the 5k in 30 minutes, half way through my stomach just felt sick so I had to stop.
SO tomorrow morning can't come soon enough so I can do some hard core cardio. !!!! Going to sweat it all out. So I am getting rid of my scale again for 5 days, so hopefully by next wednesday my birthday my goal is to be 175.

Oh, cheat days. I never plan them, they just kind of happen. :/ Tomorrow is a fresh start towards 175! It'll be hard work and a lot of sweat, but a great birthday present to yourself!

I had to chuckle a little when you said that today was "obviously" your cheat day. :) How amazed/proud of yourself are you that your "big" cheat day still only has you at 1657 calories??? That is what we call a definite lifestyle change! Congrats!

After awhile, I feel like cheat days become punishment days :) I hate feeling overly full now. Why did I think that was ever a fun way to feel? Maybe I never did and it was always punishment. It's like drinking. Now I feel like it isn't worth the consequence of feeling awful the next day.

GOOD LUCK!! Im having to work extra hard after some awful cheat days! I know what u mean k8yk I think of it now more as punishments that rewards! The feeling after is just not worth it! :(

Oh and dont try the detox! Its hell! I got a major headache even though I drank 3liters of water! Im glad I tried it, even for a day. I think I can do the odd detox day maybe every other week or every week if im feeling brave! I lasted a day and a half...and im happy with it, now im going to eat somthing and hed to the gym! :)
