No better way to start my weekend that a nice sweaty run outside in the rain. It was a struggle but I finished, makes those kinds of runs even better. Going to try and watch my food closely for the next 4 days.

Im slowly working my way up to running outside. I dont know why but it's a fear I have running in public! I dont know where I got it from, when I was in school I was great at track esp. hurdles! Im just about to head to the gym! Hopes I can push that much further this time!

I get scared running outside where I live because you get chased by dogs (big ones or little ones, it doesn't matter). No one keeps their dogs behind a fence or on a leash. Luckily I have a track close to my house. Great job on your run, I can't wait to get back to it. My foot is starting to feel better, but I don't want to rush it.

haha talking about dogs that is funny, I don't mind dogs just not the little yappy ones, I was running the other day and this little terrier kept jumping up on me, I just kept running the owner of the house comes out and says "puppy come over here she obviously doesn't think your cute." Well when Im trying to run Im not going to stop and gives all the neighbor dogs some lovin. I use to prefer running inside, but I get less bored running outside.
