I spent alot of last week in pain with the muscle problem I have. I found a name for it now- Myofascial Pain, I wonder if anyone else has this complaint. I also picked up a sickness bug a couple of weeks back and the result was that I lost 8lbs in 4 days, I think that the weight gain is the result of trying to get back into eating properly and i shall make an attempt to try to lose more weight.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
