I added spices, bacon grease, cheddar cheese and garlic to the 90second Almond bread recipe. Spread some cream cheese and Sriracha and topped with some uncured ham slices! 37F/6.25C/16.5P

@mandabanaba you really should. It’s so easy and low carb. I make the 1/4 cup size and always save half of it for another meal.

@21Taras You need to do some homework. The research from FDA tells how the weight loss from VLCD & HCG diets are a non proven trend. My great grandparents lived into their late 90's they had tomatoes, cheese, milk, biscuits, gravey, sausage, and bacon EVERY morning. Fad diets will never be sustainable. Learning how to eat reasonably portioned REAL unprocessed cooked foods and learning to be active are the only way to get heathly and stay healthy throughout a life time. I get it you think you have all the answers and you want to help others correct behaviors you have been mislead to believe. My friend, you can not control anyone elses behavior but your own. @classysexy thanks for your info and support. I have had a few people “troll” my posts and say weird mean-ish things for no reason that don’t even make any sense... must have been a bored lonely person.
