Yesterday I did everything right but I didn't lose any weight. That kind of bums me out. Well, I guess I will just have to be extra careful today. So far this week I have made a lot of progress. I don't want to blow it on the weekend.

Just keep on keeping on! You don't always see the benefits of what you do one day till next week or later. The daily fluctuations are usually water weight. Fat loss takes time and lot's of consistency.

Thanks! I know I probably shouldn't weigh myself every day and I only record my weight once a week to see the overall trend. I just lack confidence that I know what I am doing. Maybe after I have been dieting for a bit longer, I can loosen my grip on the reins. I need this to work this time.
