Hi my name is Bryan and I'm a 36 year old father of two wonderful children. I am married to a great woman who is helping me with my new diet. I got diagnosed pre diabetic two and a half weeks ago. So I started a low fat low carb diet. It has been great so far diet food has came a long ways since I was young. I also started exercising 5 days a week. Mostly jogging, jumping jacks and some streching but I do lift some small weights as well. I am two and a half weeks in and im down 16 lbs. I feel great, I cant wait to see how far I can take this. I am hoping to get down to 200 by next summer.
