3179 kcal Fat: 135.41g | Prot: 134.17g | Carb: 287.78g.   Breakfast: Total 2% Yogurt, Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain Almond Cereal, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids) , Coffee. Lunch: Meatless Meatballs, Peanuts , Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner: Marcona Almonds, Meatless Lasagna with Vegetables, Carrots, Sweet Cucumber Pickles, Goats Cheese (Soft) , Cheddar Cheese , Natural Crispbread Crackers. Snacks/Other: Brie Cheese, Prosciutto, Handmade Chocolate Ganache Torte, Apple Pie, Draught (Can), Red Table Wine , Mint Ice Cream, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips. more...
